Do you mean this forum of question and answers or a research based approach as has been mentioned in some answers?

I think when it comes to teaching science, like any subject people have different ways of learning, some like to read while others like to do an activity to best understand. There are difficult and complex concepts to be learnt in science and lots of facts and figures too, but the most important thing is how to think.

I think, it is being sceptical that’s most important! Whenever you hear a new fact such as a gene being involved in disease or the number of genes in a human, think to yourself: how do they know that?

Scientists pride themselves on being wrong when presented new evidence and get equally excited about developing new ways to learn things as being provided fun facts!
