• Question: how can your genetic information helps to make your body healthier

      From what I know, the only extra information you could get are probably genes related to the risks of specific cancers and genes relating to drug effects (people can have genes that means they would react badly to some drugs). Other than those, there is also a matter of incentives – if someone found out they have an increased risk of diabetes, they might try harder to cut down sugary food.
      For the most part, even if you find out you have increased/decreased risks for some diseases, you would probably want to do what we have already been told – healthy diet, exercise, adequate sleep..etc.
